Kathy Kelley is ill. Mary Jo received an e-mail from Veronica Guzman that she is facing surgery January 18 th, and cannot come.

Reports

Treasury / Membership
There are no registrations for NPCD, but we have received ACPM registrations Will send billing postcards and e-mail messages to those who registered at CL Days. We previously had 39. Received 10 more for approximately 50 members. Will send a renewal notice/bill in April

Old Business

Whole Community Catechesis
Still set for April 21, as far as we know

Newsletter
Jo Jefferies said that she may be able to find help. Jennifer Simms was to take this over.

Professional Growth Day
No word about the February day. It should not be cancelled.

Business Meeting
Bishop DiNardo will be with us for the annual meeting at St. Theresa. It will be St. Patrick’s Day, so that will be our theme. Opening Prayer will be prepared by Laurie Metzler. Ginger will ask her. Should we use a caterer? Ginger will check. Cindy will check with Texican Caterers.

Catechetical Conference
Our role will be to help with hospitality. Sign up for times at the January meeting.

New Business

Representatives
Sr. Maria Babitunday (sp?) could be a possible Central Vicariate representative.

Youth Minister Luncheon
February 10 th at St. Dominic’s, 10AM-12PM. ACPM will provide lunch following the meeting. Mary and Cindy may be able to help Mary Jo with this.

Do we want to plan vicariate lunches? Discussion postponed until January.
