Meeting opened with a prayer led by Ginger Tamborello.
The minutes from each meeting will be posted on the website. The minutes will also be emailed to each coordinating committee member.

acpm treasury report was approved.
As of this meeting we have 32 paid members.
Goals:
1. Collaboration
- CCE - no representative at meeting
- OYM - no representative at meeting
- It was suggested to invite someone from the Office of Family Life to our monthly meetings.
- NPCD/NCEA
- Kathy Kelley will be attending a Collaboration Meeting
- Regional meetings are coming soon maybe to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

- Advertise retreat
- Kathy Kelley will handle the mail out which will include the registration for Shepherding the Shepherd in early December.
- Nannette will post the registration form on the website.
- We will let the Dallas/Fort Worth area know about Shepherding the Shepherd.
- Business Meeting
- Bishop J. Vasquez was suggested as the keynote speaker.
- Margaret McDermott will send him a letter requesting his presents.
- Gina Pasket will handle the mail out the 1st week in January.
- CCE, OYM, and Family Life will receive an invitation
- The scholarship recipient will receive a special letter.
