Reports
A. Treasury / Membership
- Website bill that was paid turned out to be a scam – not our website provider. Contacted Kimm Antell, who verified that it was not a legitimate bill. Contacted the company to tell them it was not our intent to transfer our domain service. The company responded saying they would send back our check.
- No additional ACPM memberships received.
- 8 people going to NPCD Conference (small group this year)
- $1529.41 balance in our account
- Paid Jennifer’s scholarship
- Discussed whether or not we will have enough money for the business meeting at $6.50 per person (50 people). Mary Jo expressed concern about our income. Membership is down this year. We will have to look at the long term. Has billing helped? We may be in straits to pay scholarships after the cost of the business meeting. The new leadership will need to look at this.
- Mary Jo is checking on a stipend of $200 for Archbishop DiNardo.
- Receipts turned in to Lucille for the business meeting mailing to be reimbursed to True Cross.
B.
Youth Ministers Luncheon
- Jennifer and Kathy provided lunch on behalf of ACPM. Told them about the organization. It went well.
C.
Newsletter
- Members present fold and labeled the newsletters. The cost of the printing was 2 ¢ per copy. No charge for the paper. It was donated. The newsletters will have to be mailed first class. It will cost $192.77 for 521 copies.
D. CCE Office
- Marianne thanked ACPM for its help with the Catechetical Conference.
- Reminder about the March 9th Deanery Representatives Meeting at St. Dominic.
- Seeking persons to participate in an Advanced Ministry Studies program. Will possibly offer MAPS program in extension locations. Must have at least 10 for each location. $270 per credit hour. Applicants must be serious about going through the entire degree program. There is some concern about transferability. The MAPS certificate is recognized because of UST. Would like to see this move forward soon.
- Bea Cunningham would like to know is ACPM can help with community building at the Professional Growth Day. Jennifer Sims and Cindy can help, if needed.
E. New Representatives
- Debbie Davis declined. Vickie Cortez said she would consider. The condition of Beatrice’s son prevents her from considering. John has not contacted anyone from Central. Need to look for someone from Western. Nanette and Kathy have agreed to run. Dan is interested in VP. Southern is in great shape.
F. Business Meeting
- Ginger has green table covers.
- Lucille says caterer may decorate Rm 202/203. She will ask. The food will be served across the hall from the meeting room.
- Laurie will provide the prayer, but can’t be at the meeting. Will deliver a 15 minute St. Patrick prayer to Cindy to bring to the meeting.
- Reviewed jobs/actions from last year’s program

“How do you see your role as catechetical leader in light of Bishop DiNardo’s vision of “Catechists Handing on the Faith’? –or-
